    I wish I read the Google reviews before ordering from these guys on Amazon. Ordered two bike stems paid extra to have them shipped quicker. Then the package arrives late and is a flat envelope for documents with nothing in it, not that the parts could even fit in there to begin with. Argue with someone on Amazon who represents bikeworldusa, and they are giving me the run around showing me the package has been delivered. Amazon does give me a refund, but waste two weeks of my time waiting for nothing to be delivered then dealing with getting a refund.

    Placed an order through Amazon and tried cancelling within minutes when I realized I had made a mistake. The seller REFUSED TO CANCEL the order, and says he will deduct the cost of shipping if I return it, though Amazon supplied a return label.

    Ordered a trail bike from Amazon, cancelled the same day. Jessica said she’d try to cancel before it shipped. Followed up a few days later and she said not a problem (it was cancelled). Days later my CC is charged and the item is delivered. We go round and round and she leads me to believe the return shipping will be covered (which was almost $100). As I cancelled the same day I placed the order. I follow up several times regarding the amazon refund and shipping cost refund. Even though the email is always signed “Jessica” it’s like having a conversation with a different person each time. Finally, she says they won’t pay for returned shipping costs. I asked several times to speak to a manager, she wouldn’t even answer my request. I’ve called the store—no one answered and the machine was a generic “enter your access code”.

    This company doesn’t deserve ANY stars. I have yet to receive the kickstand I ordered NOVEMBER 11th, 2021. It was never scanned (by the tracking #) per the USPS in NY. So no one seems to know if it was shipped at all. Bike World USA claimed they would RESEND it under the SAME tracking #. It has not happened! I’ve learned the hard way. . .I have NO kickstand, that was purchased, and paid for, over 6 weeks ago. I think they are a rip off & I will continue to submit a bad review until I am reimbursed by them. Steer clear.

    BikeWorldUSA or A.K.A Freemans Bridge Sports, Inc. of Scotia NY is an incompetent business, if one can call it a Biz, masquerading as a "Family Owned and Operated" high regarded enterprise. In fact, they are nothing but borderline Garage Sales Hooligans. They sell bike parts, so they say, on Amazon and that is the problem for it makes them appear legitimate. I fell into the trap looking for a rare bike tire that I wanted to match. Amazon came up as the only place who carried it, well BikeWorldUSA as it turned out to be. I don't usually by stuff at Amazon from outside vendors because, in general, you get bad service but I gave it a try, although the item was priced at twice the retail cost, since it said item would arrive by the 16th (placed order on the 11th) and they were the only ones who carried it. The 16th arrived and no item. I checked the tracking and there were a couple of entries about the item being sent to USPS. However, USPS has no entries accepting item. It only states "awaiting for acceptance" which usually means: someone with a USPS account prints a label (scheduled for acceptance), then schedules a pick up (waiting acceptance) but never gives the Postal Service the package to be scanned and accepted, therefore never shipped. At this point, I can already tell what the scoop is so I go to Amazon to cancel the order. To my surprise, amazon would not cancel because the item now has a delivery date as the 23rd. So I contacted the seller, I thought, and asked about the problem and an explanation. All I received was an AMAZON SYSTEM GENERATED generic answer that did not mention my problem or addressed my questions. No answer from the actual seller! Next I go to their page looking for a way to contact them but, NOTHING. While there I read the posted comments. Seems that dozens of people, just in the last few months, had the same problem: Item never arrived or arrived weeks later, item was the wrong one, seller never responds to questions or refunds purchase and Amazon sends generic system emails to any and all messages to this seller. We are talking about a Bike tire (5Oz), less than 11OZ shipped which could have been sent First Class (4-5 days). 13 days later I have no tire, no tracking of the item at all, no response from these people and Amazon refuses to refund the purchase until 5 days have passed and they have investigated. That is exactly the same complaint that I read dozens of times on their page. Moral of the story: Forget about matching your bike tires. Just buy a new pair from a shop you know. As for BikeWorldUSA / Freemans Bridge Sports, Inc. or whoever the hell they are, don't EVER SPEND your money there. You just might be the next one to write a similar review.
