    Buyer Beware - Online Orders & Returns Buyer beware—especially if purchasing online. Erik’s Bike Shop provides inadequate packaging/shipping materials, which led to my returned item becoming damaged during shipping. Although their customer service representative was polite, the company itself was rigid and refused to assist me because they never received the damaged item, despite proof of shipment. They emphasized that returns are entirely the customer's responsibility, regardless of packaging or carrier issues. There's clearly a reason Erik’s Bike Shop currently holds a 1.56/5 rating on the BBB. If you're purchasing in-store, this review might not apply—but always carefully check their return policies. I don’t recommend purchasing from Erik’s unless you're prepared to assume all risk.

    Came here in a pinch after a blown rear tire, and I decided to change both tires. I left with an untrue front wheel. I brought my bike back into the shop after noticing the issue. The tech agreed that it was off and wanted to charge me to true the wheel. However, he said they didn't notice the problem before or after they serviced my bike. On principle I will not pay the shop for the truing service. Next time I will choose a bike shop that is more thorough in their inspections.

    I had a great experience at this shop! Ryan took care of my bike that was damaged from vandalism. He even helped unscrew a bolt from a different bike seat I brought in FOR FREE! He was nothing but kind and compassionate! What amazing customer service. If I could give it 10 stars I would!

    Called to ask if they would be able to help with flat tire on an E-bike as some shops have contracts with certain brands. Proceeded to get hung up on before I could ask. To then come in store and be told they can’t work on my bike.
