My bike was making a troubling noise when I put peddled, and both I and Sag Harbor Cycle thought it would be a straightforward fix. The problem was none of the obvious suspects, and even though it was a busy time in late August, they stayed with it over the course of a few days, and with two or three mechanics trying to diagnose the problem and fix it, including two or three times they rode the bike to try to find the source of the problem and check if they had fixed i. I really needed it, and was afraid they would give it back to me, saying they couldn’t find it and they can’t put any more time into it during the high season. But they stayed with it and fix the problem, and the labor charge was remarkably small. Jason, John and Sam get high marks for working through the problem, and Emma gets thanks for nicely handling my pleading calls and coordinating me with the mechanics. Many thanks, John.

We've had several bikes repaired here and the work and professionalism is always great. Emma, in particular, is very helpful and friendly and made sure our bikes were ready on time in the busy season.

I went to Sag Harbor Cycle Company on my sister's recommendation and boy was she right! I recently called and asked about assembling a bicycle I ordered from a website and the owner, Jason, said they could do the job, no problem. I brought the bike in and got a call back the following day for pick up. Sag Harbor Cycle Company was so fast, accommodating, a great price and had all the extras I needed to get my bike ready for the season.
