These guys are awesome. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I have never had a bad experience and never felt like I was just being sold something. I continue to come here for all my biking equipment.

Two days before my Colorado ski trip I decided to buy new ski poles, and I’m glad I got them here! As soon as I stepped into the store I was greeted by a friendly gentleman who asked what I was looking for and showed me exactly where the ski poles were. He helped me through the whole process of picking them out and what to look for in good ski poles. I decided on a pair and he offered to hold them at the counter for me while I continued to shop! The store was pretty quiet, but they had a lot of stuff on sale which made me very happy! I even got my ski poles on sale! Overall I enjoyed my visit in the store and the conversations I had with the employees. They were very helpful and friendly, I got what I came in for!

Very disappointing ski purchase event. I wanted to buy local instead of Amazon for the holidays and it was almost an all self-serv experience. Add the fact I had to drive to the Woodbury store to pick up the new boots I purchased from Erik's and also another drive to the Egan store to pick up new bindings I purchased from Erik's to put the ski package together. Spent over $1000. Erik's very poor service and total lack of taking care of their customer is sending me back to Amazon. Follow up with original message...hats off to Tyler J and his amazing customer service. He not only made it right, he delivered on all counts. Thank you for restoring my faith. Nice job Erik's

Went to pick up skis that were finished. There was another customer ahead in line. One of the other sales associates came over and took care of me quickly and was so nice. I love this shop. They're very knowledgeable and great customer service.
