Erik's Service staff did and outstanding job prepping our bikes for a trip to Arizona! In addition I asked questions about different handlebar options for my bike and they were incredibly helpful assisting me with getting a new handlebar.

We went yesterday to look at snowboards for my son. We were extremely impressed with the knowledge of the staff and the way they were able to communicate that information to us "newbies" to the sport. My son picked out a snowboard and bindings, which were very reasonably priced for his age, and was able to learn about how to care for his snowboard. Thank you for your help!

The staff at Erik’s were very accommodating. They got my e-bike ready much sooner than expected and explained all the basics for operating it. Staff put on a new mirror for me and even helped me load it into my van. Pleasant and helpful. Thanks for everything!
