Thank you Spoke-N-Sport for getting us a new tire! My son was bummed when his tire popped, but was pumped when you were able to fix it! He was excited to ride again that he had to ride in your parking lot! Jordan you were awesome to work with, we appreciate your help! Thanks for making my son's day! My son say, "Thanks and you rock!". If you have any bike needs, we would highly recommend stopping in to Spoke-N-Sport!

*Online Purchase* Saved up a while for this purchase and was looking forward for my first snowboard. The top sheet of the board came in damaged due to negligence of UPS. My reasoning of being upset with this purchase is because the packaging of the board. The board was placed in a box (made of two separate boxes) with no padding or protection inside so the board was sliding freely inside the box. I emailed the store and Peter told me to put in a claim with UPS and surprise surprise, claim was denied for improper packaging.

These guys knocked it out of the park! John was very professional and had a lot of great insight while we figured out what boards worked best for us. Plus, they made sure we had them ready for opening day on the hill!!

I had to find a bike shop to get a new seat post for my bike. These guys were super friendly and and told me I would need to order the post but it should be pretty quick. Got the part I ordered in 2 days! The guy even greased the thing for me!
