We have been customers for 20 years and drive 1 1/2 hours to get there from where we live. They are absolutly the best. The staff treats you like family and always go far beyond to help. Ernes it's the only place we trust to service our bikes. They are extremly knowledgable and you can be confident the job will be done right. Their prices are fair and they have never tried to over sell us or sell us something we didn't need. We love Ernies.

Had the pleasure of having a bike fit session with Bill today and couldn’t be more happy. Friendly, cost effective and kept my comfort as the main focus. He was super informative and help explained the process as we made adjustments so I could leave better off then when I came in. A common factor when visiting any Ernie’s location as I shop their Massillon location often.

After several referrals from other cyclists, I made the drive to their Canton shop. SO glad I did! Everyone I worked with was super helpful and an incredible amount of knowledge in that building! Most of my riding is 50-100 mile crushed stone trails. I try to do at least one multi day ride a season. It's such a relief to have found Ernie's and have 💯 confidence that my bike will be meticulously cared for. If someone from Ernie's reads this, I forgot to tip the repair shop 😬 I will make it up to your team my next visit.

Bought a new Verve 2 . Also rode an ebike. Tyler helped us out, what an outstanding individual with so much expertise. Ernie's is worth a visit when you want the best.

Just moved to this area from the Stow area a few years ago and went to the shop last weekend and I loved their sign. They have a point, I just needed some pedals but if you are a cyclist some of the time or all of the time, you should give this shop a try. You need a place where you can get repairs, where you can talk to the community and get service. Sure, are they going to sell something for pennies on the dollar like online, no but you are paying for their experience, expertise, customer service and standing behind their product. I am considering an Electric assist-bike for myself and my wife and I can tell you when we do buy one, this is where we will buy one, not Amazon. As their sign says, Amazon can't/won't fix your bike.
