We received such professional and personable service at this shop, thanks to Cesar, the shop owner. He went above and beyond to help us diagnose problems with a mail ordered, folding e-bike. He put it together, adjusted and fine-tuned it, and showed us all the ins and outs of using it. He was clearly so knowledgeable about bikes in general, and when we're ready to upgrade we will definitely buy an e-bike from him. This is by far the best experience we've ever had at a bike shop.

Cesar the owner is very nice knowledgeable and kind. I have been researching for 1 year before building my new bike and He did a custom build for me and helped me with selecting the components and touch points. He found cheaper prices for components that I had researched for and even told me other places that had better deals than he did so I could take advantage. He didn’t try to sway me onto buying his product if I could find them in other places for a cheaper price. He listened to what I wanted and advised me on what to buy but never any pressure. Really recommend this shop if you are looking for an honest bike mechanic and cycling advice.

I was in the market for a new fat tire e-bike, and found the Aventon brand at Evolution. After discussing everything from torque and cadence sensors to hydraulic brakes Cesar sold me on a new Aventon Aventure .2. He ordered, assembled and delivered it to my house. And after 500 miles he just gave it a check-up and it rides better now than it did when new, and that’s saying a lot. After 37 years in the CA fire service, and an old time gear head, I appreciate his skills and professionalism. I highly recommend his shop if you’re researching a new bike, or your current ride just needs some TLC.

Since my first phone call until the end of service , Ceasar was trustworthy serbices (the owner of Evolution) guaranteed and delivered the best service to my beautiful "Coca-Cola" bicycle. Evolution Cycle Shop is great. Cesar, the owner, is incredibly knowledgeable, communicative and patient. He provided outstanding service at a more than fair price. We brought in a cheap e-bike (not from their shop) that needed assembly and repairs. Despite not being a bike they sell, he helped unbox and assess it. He pointed out damage and agreed to assemble it for us. He finished early and charged us the low end of the quote. After assembly he helped us to write up a description of the damage so we could tell the seller. He was professional, fast, a great communicator, friendly and knowledgeable. I really don't know what else you could ask for. Also. He didn't ask for this google ad. There was literally no pressure to buy anything, to get service from his shop, or to like/subscribe/review anything (and no tip screen). It was an absolutely effortless experience on our part. I cannot recommend them enough.
