Will and his team are the best! I won't let anybody else work on my kid's bikes. They always do a great job, are so efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and very reasonable prices. You will not be disappointed!

Power Cycles has been a staple for the local BMX community for years. The owner Will has helped us on several occasions in fixing and diagnosing my kids' bikes, and always has the gear we need at very reasonable prices. The fact he travels to the local Orlando tracks during race and practice nights adds big time to the convenience factor. Big thanks to Power Cycles for all the help you've given us over the years.

I ordered a pair of forks last Friday and put them on my frame and stem but noticed that the threading of the forks do not start for about a half of an inch so they did not fit. I asked for a refund because I just got the headset I’m riding recently and I do not want to purchase another one that is short. I was told that I could not get a refund because there is a little bit of factory paint missing on the tip of the steer tube from where I took off the stem. The person I spoke with continued to tell me that they are “scratched” and they cannot be sold. I just got the forks Friday and it is Monday, the wheel was never mounted and there is no scratches on the forks. There is also no refund policy on the website saying that if there is paint missing, or if the part has been mounted that the shop is unable to give a full refund. He then told me that I can send them back and he could put them up for a discount at his store and then whatever money they receive is what I will get back, after he tells me they won’t sell. Sorry for the rant but I just think it is ridiculous that I cannot refund a brand new bike part that I received 2 days ago with a tiny bit of paint missing where it will not even be seen once it is mounted to the bike.
