I recently purchased a Himiway D5 electric bicycle from Exalted E-Bikes bike shop, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience! The customer service was absolutely top-notch. Todd, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing buying experience. He took us out for a test ride through the neighborhood behind the shop, teaching us how to properly use the bike and maximize its features. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable and personable, but he also offered a pressure-free sales environment, which made the entire process enjoyable. On top of that, Todd gave us a fantastic deal, including discounts, free labor, and even installed a bike rack for us. It truly felt like a one-stop shop for everything related to e-bikes. My husband and I bought 2 bikes from Exalted and they have been the best purchase we’ve made! Todd took us on a test drive behind the shop and showed us everything there is to know about the bikes! He is very knowledgeable and took his time with us. He made sure to give us time to think about buying and even gave us good deals. The store was filled with many different bikes and was super clean! We will be recommending Exalted E-bikes to everyone!

Great buying experience and well worth the 45 minute trip. Explained what kind of bike/riding I wanted to do and they gave me some options. Test drove one that caught my eye and ended up purchasing. Price was a couple hundred less than buying online direct from the manufacturer. Lots of bikes in stock already assembled plus a 2 year warranty. Such a better experience than buying a bike on line.

Went in to look at a bike and Todd, the owner, was very patient and super knowledgeable. He took the time to go over the differences in models they carry and offered to allow me to rent so I can try them out. Very reasonable prices and all the bikes are assembled and they offer service after the sale. They also carry E-Ride dirt bikes and have excellent inventory.
