I’ll tell you what, I think Fanatik is one of the best bike shops I’ve ever been to, the staff is awesome, the curation of products is top notch and the deals present are in some cases unreal. I had the pleasure of finding and purchasing the owner’s prior bike off the sales floor and am beyond stoked on the deal. Happy to call this my home shop and stoked to let the world know how sick it is! Hope everyone that see’s this decides to support their local bike shop and set themselves up for success when it comes to having fun! Thanks again fam! 😘🫶🏼 Keep it up!

We rented e-bikes from Fanatik Bike Co. for a day of mountain biking, and the experience was awesome! The bikes were top-notch, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. They made sure we had everything we needed for a great ride. Definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for quality bikes and excellent service!

Joseph was wonderful to work with. I had serviced my fox float x the week prior, but had a light whistle develop immediately after. He figured out that the main steel head in the internals had a small gouge (which he patiently explained and answered my further questions), which was likely the cause. Within a few hours they replaced it with my choice between a replacement float x factory or even a replacement float x2 factory. I am the new owner of a float x2 factory. I greatly appreciated Joseph as he was helpful, succinct with his descriptions, and patient.

Fast turn around on orders. I dabble in DTC retail stuff online and am always pleased with the efficiency and turn around on my orders. My LBS are essential but they don't have much inventory. My recent purchase was a custom wheelset for my 2024 Optic. I priced myself into a rabbit hole considering various vendors or standard builds available. The ability, quality and turn around on this order was stellar. This wheelset replaced one that was more of an oem spec with 4 years of use. Excited for how long this set will be with me. I also feel it's value came in way better for strength to weight of any standard complete wheelset. Stans Arch MK4 rims, 32H with oneup hubs, x driver and steel spokes. Set up this way is lower engagement than so stans spec (project 321 hubs) but I wanted rolling efficiency and weight reduction. Also I did a red hub and the dark blue which is awesome.

New Fanatik customer. They just completed a shock service on my Ohlins TX22. Quick turnaround and awesome communication. Picked up some Schwalbe tires, in stock and shipped right away! Great shop, spend your $ with this crew!
