If I could give zero stars, I would. Went in there to get an inner tube, the kept giving me the wrong one. On my third trip I just gave up and got my money back, The owner has this condescending way of talking to customers. I would avoid this shop at all cost. in regard to your reply i did know what tube I needed, I wrote it down for your guys but i guess they can't read numbers too well, Then you got involved and made it something it was not and by the way you still owe me a dollar.

I don't really write reviews, but I went in to buy 4 inner tubes 2 out of 4 had preexisting holes id be careful when purchasing tubes if you can check before you buy. was in the middle of a bike ride and had gotten a flat. I had 2 of the 4 inner tubes on me. I go to pump one up before changing I hear an air leak coming out 2 preexisting small holes. it was very annoying but was thinking oh well these things happen then grab the second one I had in bag go to air up and what do you know this one also had a small hole. call a ride get home to check my other 2 inner tube the other 2 were good. I did not try to go in for refund after reading some google comments, also after my brief interaction at this shop when purchasing items.

Ricardo is amazing! I know nothing about bikes, and he has helped and educated me not once, but TWICE! And I did not pay a dime for his genuine help! It feels so good to know there are good people out there like him willing to help out of the goodness of their heart. The second I have a bike related purchase to make, I’ll be going to him first! Thank you thank you!

I purchased an electric bike from them and when I received the E bike did not come with a key to remove battery or any type of owners manual and had an error from the beginning of purchase. I was able to drive it for a couple days and was able to ride about over 100 miles. When the same error that had occurred before popped back up and permanently stayed had to Drop back off the bike due to failure of a throttle and owner told me that it was my fault for failure of throttle because I drove the bike too far and that the bike is a toy and should be treated like a toy and never gave me any type of warning that there should’ve been limitations on driving the bike, and that it would break down due to mileage and establishment also never mentioned when purchasing E bike that it was a toy and I should treat it like a toy and his response also was that consumers are stupid when buying e-bikes from his company buyers beware by the way, all these comments wore from the owner, Tom his self and not to mention, the bike was scratched up. Bolts were falling out as I was driving it very poorly put together. please beware when purchasing from the store, considering owner considers his product toys oh, and one more thing I forgot to mention beware that he says it’s normal to sell, scratched up specialized and products that is how it comes from the manufacturers so if you want scratched up faulty product, this is the place to go

Tom and the team did a fantastic job at helping me execute a complicated Facebook marketplace deal on a bike I just had to have. The seller dropped it off, they packed it up and helped me get it shipped across the country. 100% recommend.
