They always have my back and my bike, any issue I have, they always fix it. Just be patient with them and be nice. Humble goes a long way. I came today with no ignition and then they helped me, I'm able to ride my bike again

I came here to fix something electrical on my E-bike, the guy fixed the issue but left something else on my bike disconnected, I'm assuming in order for me to come back and spend more money. Didn't realize until I went to another bike shop and they showed me what was disconnected. After going to another shop I still can't fix what he left disconnected/broke. Pay attention to your bike when work is being done on it here. And no I did not risk it to go back to get anything fixed “free of charge” by this guy

Don't go here. These people didn't even know how to fix a gas scooter that THEY sell and the owner of the store doesn't know proper English. I had a electrical wiring issue and instead of him actually properly inspecting the bike to find the issue, he just assumed it's the battery and then charged me for a brand new battery instead. I said fk it and paid for the battery then I had the same problem like an hour later. I took it to other bike shop I usually go to and the guy inspected the bike. Turns out I had a fuse issue. Guys be warned before going here. These people don't know how to properly inspect a gas scooter and will just assume what the problem is just to make you buy something and go out the door. Also they over price things. Their bags and batteries are almost 2 times higher than other bike shops. Fly Ebike is not what it used to be. At least not at this particular shop.

Excellent service I had broken led front lights and broken back lights he installed new fenders in the back and front led lights and a new motor with switches for my electric standing schooter best service👍💯💯💯🔥🔥🔥🔥 hell yea man

They only charged me $16 to replace my inner tube and took less then 10 mins!
