Michael did a great job. I came to him with a Fox Float X off of my Stumpjumper EVO that was squelching, and a Fox 36 that was overdue for service. Michael was able to give me a straightforward price and turnaround time, as well as providing me with information regarding practical service intervals. He definitely knows his stuff. Servicing my shock through Full Flow saved me many weeks of waiting if I had gone through Fox Factory, and the prices were comparable and fair. Michael was able to turn around my suspension within the week, and explain to me what he saw inside the shock and fork. Communication was pretty good, and again, really impressed with the turn around time. 100% will service my suspension here again.

Full Flow and Michael have done a fantastic job with my suspension. Rockshox front and rear service with a Vorsprung upgrade. The bike feels better than it did new. He was extremely friendly, welcoming, and willing to work around schedules. He was knowledgeable beyond the normal suspension conversations and took the time to share his knowledge so I can better understand how to get the best ride. Michael was super helpful in getting me setup with a coil shock. Not only that, he went out of his way to get the shock sent out and in my hands the next day, saving my weekend! Everyone should go give him business because I owe him huge! This was a level of customer service that I very rarely experience.

In the process of rebuilding a much older fork by myself, Michael is super knowledgeable and friendly about all things suspension wise. I came by originally because I had to get suspension fluids and greases, but just even starting my process he absolutely didn't mind my 7 questions that day. I'm sure I will need more from him later on, so I definitely will be coming back. Anything anyone needs about mtb suspension, just come here! They will absolutely take care of you.

It doesnt get much better then this. Micheal is hands down a suspension expert and his customer service is great. I have had him rebuild a fork and a seat post on my girlfriends bike. The fork was an RST which is not a main brand. He contacted RST and had all the parts quickly. He has rebuilt my Fox 36. I had him upgrade it with the Vorsprung luffkap *im sure i spelled that wrong* . Both bikes are amazing feeling and we will be bringing them back. Michael also has tons of parts and upgrades for many forks and rear shocks. I cant say enough good things about Full Flow.
