I have been a customer for 12 years. This place is great for road bikes, mountain bikes and e-bikes. Very knowledgeable and friendly and a very customer service oriented attitude. One example: Dropper post cable tore and they were able to fix it in a matter of an hour at no charge. I bought awesome new grips and they put them on at no charge too. Dan and his Victory Velo team rocks!

Yeah, this one is a no-brainer. The inventory is comprehensive and the staff is absolutely outstanding. The buyer’s needs are fully considered and viable suggestions offered. No upselling involved. I’m too old for the Pro Tour and too fat. I believe I am as welcome as a Cat 1 racer and valued as a customer. I have bought five or six bikes from this shop over the years and had a few others upgraded. Unless the ownership changes or the guys stop caring about people like me, Victory Velo will always be my first choice for service, accessories, or yet another bike. No hype offered here; just the honest-to-goodness truth.
