The service here is amazing. So helpful and the employees are so knowledgeable. They are willing to ask questions to understand your needs and budget so they can help recommend the perfect bike. They are honest, too. We have purchased 2 E-bikes already and are going back for a mountain bike for a Christmas present. Check them out! I promise you won't be disappointed!

Staff was very helpful and friendly! Came in with a cracked wheel 2 days before a race, and they were kind enough to swap my wheel to one of the staff members’ wheel so I could race. Would definitely recommend Atown for any of your bike needs.

Amazing service! My little brother had a race this past weekend and messed up his rim. One of the employees offered his own rim for the weekend so he could race. Never been to a place that kind. All very knowledgeable and they make you feel like family, best place to get your bike serviced. P.S. they sell pickleball supplies which is a cool bonus

Don’t get your bike fixed here! Brought my Giant stance in for repair. Which I ok’d for a tune up and new maxxis reckon tires and any additional needs to get my bike trail ready. After promising the bike would be done by the weekend, and one update phone call letting me know I needed new chain and chain rings, which I agreed to. I waited for a phone call on the weekend and never got one. The next week on Tuesday I call and ask if the bike is ready and said that someone is testing it out right now and that it was ready to be picked up. Upon arrival I see my bike still on the repair stand. Asking questions, I find out the repair was not finished. They didn’t even put my new tires on, never orders the chain ring which I ordered, (I’m still not sure if the chain is new) didn’t put on the bottle holder until I called them out on it. They quickly put on my new tires and charged me and I left with my bikes. Totally unprofessional. Never coming back here to fix my bikes again. Untimely, awful communication, lied that my bike was ready, and unprofessional with customers.

These guys are great! My son’s Ibis Exie USA had a cracked rim the day before a race. They not only took care of the warranty work, but swapped out his damaged rim with a rim from their personal bike so my son could still race! That level of customer service can’t be beat.
