We live in a motorhome full time and were only in the area for a couple of days when my almost new e-bike (purchased in Michigan) stopped working. I first called the other Specialized dealer in the area and was basically told "sucks to be you". When I called Grey Ghost, Max told me to bring it in. He spent a significant period of time diagnosing the problem, dealing with Specialized tech support, and filing a warranty claim. I cannot adequately express my appreciation and will testify that this is a shop that will take care of you when things go wrong!

So happy to shop local! More people need to know about this hidden gem. The customer service is phenomenal. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. The bike is for my son and they talked with him and helped him find exactly what he was looking for and he even got to customized the bike with accessories at the end. It was a great experience. My girlfriend purchased her bike from them and said it was a wonderful experience. I'm a new rider so she pushed me to set an appointment for a fitting with Steve prior to purchasing to make sure I got the right bike. Steve was excellent! He was patient, answered all my questions and fit me into an Argon 18 Krypton size L. I'm a bit OCD and became concerned after reading fitting charts that I was in the wrong size bike (all charts put me into a medium frame but Steve fit me into a large because I have long legs, short torso, and long arms). I stopped back into the store and Steve and the staff took the time to listen to my concerns and explain again to me why they fit me the way they did. Steve assured me it was the right fit and told me just to ride the bike and then stop back if I still wasn't happy. I've logged a couple 100 miles and have to say that I love the bike! Don't hesitate from stopping in and purchasing a bike from Grey Ghost - you won't regret it.

Grey Ghost is the premier bike shop in the greater Glens Falls Area!!! Highly recommended to cyclists of all disciplines and skill levels. We have been so impressed by their shop. The quality of bikes and gear is top notch and the level of service is outstanding and unmatched. Over the last 2 years our family has purchased 3 road bikes and 2 mountain bikes from the Glens Falls store. All of these bikes were put together perfectly by their knowledgeable staff and we have had no problems at all! A large investment in cost, but a perfect investment in ourselves. I cannot express how beneficial the bike fitting was for my wife and I. We made advanced appointments and wore cycling appropriate attire on the day of. Steve walked us through the process and provided an expert in-depth fitting. At the end of the fitting, we discussed bike options and made choices based off the science. Not only did they sell us bikes that we liked, but they were put together and fine tuned to our exact measurements. Thank you so much to the amazing staff
