This bike shop major asset to folks traveling up and down the Empire State Trail! Kyle and Randy are so friendly and knowledgeable about the North Country/Capital region bike routes. They have a great selection of gear, supplies, and any odds and ends that a touring or road biker should need. Thank you to Evergreen for being so accommodating to us on our journey! Recommend this shop to anyone cycling in the area

This was my first experience renting a gravel bike for an easy, quiet ride along parts of the canal. It is definitely not my last rental through Evergreen Bicycle Works. The owners were so flexible and friendly with my online rental and made me feel very comfortable. When returning the rental, I watched them fix a teens accessory for his bike. Super to rent from and look forward to another ride in the fall. Thank you!

Always great service at Evergreen. Randy & Kyle are extremely knowledgeable about biking in the area & "everything bicycle". I bought my Kona e-bikes from them & all interactions with them have always been positive. They are extremely patient & helpful with seniors!

We visited the Fort Edward Trailhead in order to ride the Hudson Falls Feeder Canal Trail. Before we departed, I entered the on-site Evergreen Bicycle Works and was advised on what chain lubricant I might use for rail-trail riding. I also picked up some 20% off energy goo merchandise. Kyle the attendant was both cordial and inviting. After our ride, we reentered the store and he offered us some advice on what trails to ride the following day. There are also restrooms and a plethora of riding gear available.

So glad we brought our bikes here! They’re riding better than ever. Kyle was very communicative throughout the repair process and explained our options thoroughly. They are clearly technically skilled but didn’t brush off my aesthetic requests + found the perfect ivory-walled tires for my old Schwinn :) 13/10.
