Right from when my husband called to inquire about a new road bike for me through to the bike fitting, the service was impeccable. They kept detailed notes about what I was looking for, helped me decide which bike would fit my needs as well as procure accessories and things that weren’t right in the store in time for my bike fitting. When I got there for the fitting everything was set up, installed and ready to go. Stefan & Mike were amazing when I purchased the bike and Caleb was outstanding during the bike fitting. I can’t say enough good things about them. Just really top notch service for an incredible product. Thank you guys!!

Bike techs are always nice and so helpful. And if they can fix in the spot they will. Brought my son’s bike in on two different occasions and it was fixed on the spot with minimal cost.

Stopped in for the first time yesterday, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the store and the selection of apparel and accessories. Super grateful for Sunday hours! Went home with gloves and Rapha thermal jersey. Will be back for Wahoo computer!

Brought my Trek FX-2+ e-bike in for its initial Level 1 tune-up and inspection. The team did an excellent job and got the bike back to me within 24 hours. Saratoga Trek has a great Sales staff and expert technicians. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in traditional or e-bikes.
