    They took good care of me made sure everything was alright with the sale of my e-bike. Hunter and Reggie both helped me with my set up of the Heybike Tyson. Have a great warranty coverage through dealer.

    Paid 1,800 for a e-bike 2 months ago I need help with my brakes to bleed and add fluids. Nothing wanted me to leave my bike for the week and charge me outrageous prices. When I purchased they said oh you need any help with anything we got you free of charge you bought it here. Not worth the time to even go back and have them do warranty work I’ll pay another company

    2nd Edit: they blocked me from their Facebook pages and totally ghosted me after I picked up my bike. They NEVER addressed ANY issues. Just told me the part was on order and blocked me. *Edit...I reached out to HeyBike directly to discuss the status of the part ordered. HeyBike verified that rhey have never had ANY communication from Gulfcoast regarding my bike. There was never a call/email placed or part ordered. When i told them the issue, they said that it is such a common issue that they ALL know what to tell people with this headlight issue. There is a button under the throttle labeled "AUTO". That controls the automatic function of the light. All i had to do was push a button and the bike had been at the shop for days and Gulfcoast couldn't figure that out?! If they had've actually called HeyBike at all, they wouldve been told that right away like i was. This place is a total joke. They know NOTHING about bikes and are flat out scammers. **AVOID THIS STORE!! I bought a Heybike here and the headlight never worked. We have to unplug the light to turn it off. Warranty part ordered a couple months ago. The shop won't give me any timeframe or shipping update at all. Every time I call they say they don't know and will call me back. They have NEVER called me back, not once. Now I've had this bike since late July/early Aug and it still doesn't work properly. It looks like I'll have to go above this shop and handle things more formally. I'm reaching out to the BBB and file a complaint directly to HeyBike. This is an authorized dealer and repair shop that sold me a lemon that refuses to repair the bike, even though it is under warranty. Maybe I'll have better luck taking it to a different authorized repair shop in the area. I really got ripped off here. This is NOT over!!
