I just had my brand new E bike repaired after my derailleur exploded. Connor could not of been any more knowledgeable and friendly. His work was impeccable and compete. I would recommend him over everybody else. Very pleased and so happy now. Thank you again Connor for all your great work and putting a smile 😊 on my face again!

I am so pleased with the experience I had! Renting initially was super easy and fun, later I decided that I wanted one. Connor was a dream to work with and I love that he will come out in person with several models to try. Wish buying a car was this easy and low stress! He also provided a free 1year warranty on parts and labor. If you want to get an E-bike in eastern Mass you’ve got to consider Connor

Has had my bike since October 7th (it’s January 9th) have called him multiple times throughout the months hasn’t responded to me at all. Horrible service

Such a great experience trying out and eventually buying my happy camper! Connor was patient and kind and never made me feel weird about asking every question I could think of. Very patient, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Extra bonus points for home delivery! Just finished a 21 mile ride today! I love my new bike!
