From purchase to assembly these folks were absolutely amazing. They reached out to let me know the e bike color I wanted wasn’t in stock and offered several other options including the same model in blue and gray which is the color I went with and super glad I did!! These things are rugged without being overly complex and the assembly was super easy considering 99% of the bike came pre assembled, highly recommend these folks and this brand!!!!

I ordered two sets of HEB Allscape Tires, size 26 x 4, for our ebikes. They are a heavy-duty tire. They ride smooth and quite. I appreciated the service I received from Melody and Dan at Happy Ebikes. I chose HappyEBikes because Dan, the owner, was so willing to help me figure out how to customize it to fit my 5’ height. I love this bike! It fits me perfectly! It has plenty of power going up hills and into the wind. The battery has lasted me 45 miles and was only down one bar out of 5. I had an issue with brakes needing bled and adjusted after it arrived, and Dan honored the warranty by promptly paying the local bike shop fee for the work, since I’m over 1000 miles from their location. I love riding something that says “Ride Happy” every time I get on!! A++ customer service!

This place is great! They'll have your bike looking brand new, the prices are even better any other place would charge me 300$ but they only charged more then half of that price, they get it fixed and looming new in 1-2 days and have amazing customer service very easy payment methods and great people. Rlly recommended going here
