Bought a lynx plus a couple weeks ago and have had a great experience with it. Had a small question about my speeds I was getting as it didn’t seem quite right, sent an email to their customer support Thursday night at like 8pm and got a call at 9am the next morning from Scott who walked me through how to fix my issue. Worked like a charm as I took it for a quick spin right after. Scott was great, provided a direct call back number for future issues, etc. one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had across any industry in quite some time. I purchased two of these bikes without knowing much about them other than my friend pressuring me to buying some e-bikes I went with this brand because they were local in Southern California, when I received them I put them together it was really easy and took our first bike ride on a 20 mi round trip it was love at first ride it has allowed me and my wife to have more fun and create memories with each other in ways we never thought of we have gone all over Southern California writing and it is an absolute blast every time we go especially bar hopping, I ended up buying two more one for my father and one for my nephew that lives with me My father took his to Mexico he absolutely loves it out there My nephew uses his occasionally his car broke a few weeks ago and he has used his bike more often to get around highly recommend these bikes it's the best bang for your buck 👍🏼
