I went in before Memorial Day just to look and see what bikes they had. The gentleman that assisted me was nice, courteous and very helpful. I told him I’d be back soon to I get one. I went in today and the same guy was there, again he was very helpful and man did he go out of his way to make sure the bike was fully operational. He aired up the tires, fixed the brakes, replaced a brake line, put new rear pads on, changed the seat out and installed the foam grips I purchased. Any bike you purchase will be thoroughly checked before you take it out of the store. Totally recommend going here for all of your bike needs. And…if you have an unused bike or come upon one that you’d like to give away, call Hardin’s, they may take it off your hands!

Went into this shop to see about getting a coupler attachment for our bike. Dude working was pretty rude. No type of greeting when walking in the door. Not very knowledgeable in the area of bikes considering he tried to argue that they don’t make universal couplers and that every brand is different. It may be different for every brand but they do in fact make universal which a bike shop just 5 minutes away had in stock. If you’re going to run a business you need to make people feel welcome when they walk through the door and have some better customer service. As a customer going in to ask if something is in stock we shouldn’t receive the response with a poor attitude.

The only place in town that had the perfect 20" white tire to fix my daughter's bike! Everything I needed was reasonably priced. If you need parts to fix anything on your bike, I'd start here! P.S. Parking and entrance is in the back alley.

This company has gone down the drain. They have sold me wrong parts. Agreed to a price then up the price upon pick up on 3 different occasions. Worked on and charged me for thing I did ask for or agree too. They do good work but it's the shiesty things around the good work that is unacceptable and they definitely lost a customer and someone who would seen them business. I would not recommend these guys because of the quick and and large jumps in price and the dishonesty after being called out about it. Not honest people.
