It's always nice to see a small business flourish. Having owned a couple myself I know what it takes to make that happen, and these guys are doing it well. I just needed an estimate for repairs on two bikes that were damaged in a recent storm. I had contacted a bike shop in a neighboring city and asked about getting an estimate. I also mentioned that I was willing to pay them to write the estimate as the bikes would likely not be repairable, but I still needed the estimate for my insurance company. They were not willing to write me an estimate because I had purchased the bikes direct from the manufacturer, rather than from them, even though I was willing to pay them for their time to write the estimate. Then a friend suggested Buckskin Bikes. They were more than happy to write the estimates I needed. They said to just bring them by anytime, no appointment necessary. This is the kind of customer service that is virtually non-existent anymore. I rarely have a need to go to Anderson, but I will definitely be returning to this shop with any future bike needs I have. Small businesses are the backbone of this country and it is great to see you guys know how to do it.

Great bike shop! Everyone was incredibly helpful. I was able to try out different bikes to see which style I preferred. They were quick to swap out the tires & handle bars on the bike I wanted to buy even though they were about to close. One year warranty & they told me to comeback a few times before it expires for adjustments. I’m very happy with my purchase & have already put about 30 mi on “Eleanor” in just a few days!

Ben and the staff at Buckskin Bikes are a knowledgeable and courteous group of guys who do great work, and care about their customers. They did a fully custom mountain bike build for me, paying attention to every detail along the way, and knocked it out of the park. If you're in the market for a new bike, or just some routine maintenance and repair work, I highly recommend Buckskin Bikes. These guys rock!
