I came in for nothing but an inner tube. I was VERY specific that I needed a 20" x 3.5-4.0". I get home and attempt to install the inner tube and notice that it is bigger than my tannus armour (also attempted to buy the tannus here first, but they didn't have my size). Confused I look at the dimensions on the new tube, and of course... its 24" x 3.5-4.0"... now im out of the money spent on the tube, the $20 i spent on flatout, the $60 i spent ubering back and forth to buy the tube, and STILL can't even commute to work...

It’s so disappointing that Dearborn doesn’t have a Better bike shop. Let’s talk about customer service. First Bryan is super rude. Dry. And lacks any form of customer service common sense. When they a mistake their response. Come get your bike. What do you want me to do for you. Well for starters. Call me and tell me when 1- anticipated pick up date on the bike changes 2- If the price of an item agreed upon that you had to order goes up two or three times I think you should ask the customer first. 3- Apologize about your lack of miscommunication and don’t blame other workers there. Take responsibility blaming other employees is the worst type of customer service Shame on you. You’re ruining the business Jack once built here

I called Jack's Bicycle and Fitness a month or so ago looking for an adult trike. Another store recommended them because they didn't have any stock or any ability to order them and that was the third place I'd called. Jack's had the magic touch because they were able to get the exact bike I wanted. When it was ready, Brian delivered it to me. He waited while I tried it out and made seat adjustments. He wanted to pump up the tires a bit to make it easier to balance, but my pump wasn't working. It actually partially deflated one of my tires. My plan had been to buy a pump from them and have Brian come back out so he could get the inflation right. Unfortunately, they were temporarily out of pumps. So Brian came over with his own pump and pumped it up for me. He/they far exceeded my expectations for excellent and personable customer service! I mean... who does that?! :) I understand that Jack's Bicycle & Fitness is a family-owned company started several generations ago. They show a lot of pride in their company and their work.

I purchased this bike from Jack’s over 20 years ago took it in for service and a few upgraded parts great customer service took care of me! I look forward to doing more future business…
