There is no better company to deal with for bikes and parts. Legit! This is an honorable company and they always do the next right thing! My next bike will be a Jupiter which will be very soon actually! I need an extra one. The current bike has been a perfect machine!!! Thanks Jupiter! You have given me the ability to not have to look anywhere else for a bike! You earned it!!

I purchased two Discovery X5 bikes. They are well constructed bikes and I look forward to traveling with them. One had a couple adjustment issues that I reported to Jupiter. Their customer service was extremely prompt and courteous. I was very impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to make another purchase.

Jupiter Bikes exceeded my expectations with their exceptional electric bike store. The staff was knowledgeable, the selection was impressive, and the quality of their bikes is outstanding. I had a delightful experience finding the perfect electric bike for my needs. Highly recommend Jupiter Bikes!

Beware! We bought two Jupiter bikes from this store. The first ride the tire blew out. nothing was in it and only road on paved bike path. The battery does not last more than 15-17 miles even though pedaling all the time. Yes it is fully charged when we start. My Rad bike has a thousand miles on it and it is 7 years old. This battery lasts over 40 miles and still had 3 bars. Of course they do not stand behind their product on either issues. Only 90 warranty on battery, but we didn't have enough time on to realize it was the battery. Very disappointing and expensive mistake to buy from this store. Wish I could leave less than one star.
