Went in for a tire repair and the folks at City Bike Tampa made sure I left satisfied. Being that I have bad luck with tires, I caught another flat soon as I got back on the road. I brought the bike back in and they took care of everything! I'm glad I went to them, they surely gained a permanent customer. Did I mention that the prices are great! Thank you City Bike Tampa!!!

I brought in four bikes that had been through the wringer after Hurricane Helene, with rusty chains and general wear. The team at City Bikes was AWESOME, super fast, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. They tuned everything up quickly and had my bikes running like new in no time. I highly recommend them for anyone needing bike repairs or maintenance. Great service all around! Side note: They also pointed out that my old bike lock could be cut through and hooked me up with a much safer one. Appreciate that extra care!

Incredible service, Iris, Kevin and others were extremely helpful and accommodating. Son goes to school nearby and needed a bike. Being remote, I purchased a bike, had it delivered to TCB and had them assemble, add pedals, etc. Ensured the bike was a great fit and off he went. Thank you all for the great experience,

The guys at city bike are awesome. Came into town for quick work trip was at different hotel had a commute and figured I’d rent a bike instead of uber. They have awesome bikes the surly 105 is fantastic full hydro disc all dialed in, sweet ride. They were even kind enough to hook me up with flat kit and change the pedals so I could use my walkable mountain bike shoe for a couple longer rides(ask in advance). Skip the dumpy bikes on the street at your hotel and get a real bike from a real bike shop for a better experience. Picked up a nice water bottle too with the no plastic smell coating like those pricy specialized ones worked decent. 10/10 would do again picture doesn’t do it justice the black 105 gruppo and accents look slick

Excellent fleet of rental bikes provided by a friendly, helpful staff. I've been renting bikes from them for years when traveling to Tampa and I've always been extremely satisfied. I've never had a mechanical issue with any rental bike from them and the bikes are good quality bikes that I would be happy to own. There are heaps of flat and low-traffic routes in the Interbay area on scenic brick streets, but the brick streets are bumpy! Bayshore Blvd and Davis Island are close to the shop and there are bicycle lanes to reach both of these destinations from City Bike Tampa. I do recommend that you make sure a bell is installed; most pedestrians along Bayshore Blvd were responsive and appreciative of my bell.
