The service at Landis is excellent. I brought my bike in for a tuneup and Aaron did a great job and repaired a few of my very bad adjustments to my bike after traveling. I needed some drive train parts and Aaron ordered them and called me as soon as the parts arrived. He repaired my bike while I was there. Great service great knowledge I called in several times over questions about bikes and different upgraded Models and got so many Detailed questions answered. I’ve even gotten calls back when they didn’t have the knowledge. Great group of guys so much Expertise. I highly recommend Landis.

Kevin was very helpful, nice, and knowledgeable. I had a lot of questions and learned a lot from him. I ended up getting an electric bike that he mentioned was locally made in Phoenix & so far I love it. I might go back to buy a mountain bike soon because they had a good deal on one, but for now, this electric bike is fun for inner city riding. They provided free water, had a clean bathroom, the staff seemed chill & the vibe was all around good.

I got my first bicycle while I never aware that I have store so close next to my apartment. I received great recommendations base on my requirements and budget. Nice kind and friendly Staffs who don’t bother to give all recommendations and answers ton questions from me and also advise what’s need to have for me and how to take care and bi-weekly for 🛞 check and air service. Various bicycle for your selection base on budget and your style. Same as necessary accessories. Store is big but full with bikes and maintenance area. Payment with Apple Pay is not working here, tap also but with plastic card work properly. Glad to found this place and I love my bicycle so much. Can’t wait to take him out of adventure together.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Landis Cyclery regarding a Shimano warranty claim. When I first called the store, they told me to bring my pedals in for review and assured me they would take care of the claim after inspecting the damage. However, when I arrived, they changed their tune, saying they only needed a picture and proof of purchase to submit the claim. I was told I should receive replacement pedals by Monday. Tuesday rolled around, and after hearing nothing, I called the store—only to find out they hadn’t even submitted the claim yet. Then, I received an email from the store manager, Kevin Miller, stating they spoke with Shimano and that Shimano doesn’t process warranty claims for items purchased on Amazon. Suspicious, I called Shimano directly, and they confirmed that they have no such policy—Amazon purchases are processed like any other warranty claim. I emailed Kevin Miller back, asking for the correspondence with Shimano so I could clarify the situation. Instead of providing the proof, he suddenly reversed course, saying they would process the claim but that I would be responsible for shipping and handling—again, something Shimano told me is NOT their policy for warranty items. The conflicting information, lack of communication, and unwillingness to assist left me completely dissatisfied. I used to shop at Landis Cyclery regularly, but after this experience, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I want to support local bike shops, but when their service is unreliable and their policies inconsistent, it’s hard to justify choosing them over more competitive online prices. Very disappointing experience.

Hudson and Aaron exceeded my high expectations here at Landis Cyclery Southern! The guys both went way out of their way to make my race bike feel it was their own! Real care and professional workmanship! Well done, Landis Cyclery! We will be back G Jackson
