Just purchased an SE BIKE for my son for Christmas, The staff was so helpful, They didnt have the exact color my son wanted because it was an old model, so they took a bike they had and customized it to be almost exactly the same colors!! Was perfect... and they didnt even charge extra, just swapped colors. Great selection, and so many bikes to choose from... Great store. Thank you guys !

What a joke, they told me to install grips would take a couple days, or I could bring it in after New Year’s Day, today is December 1…what kind of shop takes 5 weeks to install handlebar grips? Wouldn’t give them a penny if they were last shop on earth

Went in to simply ask a few questions and walked out with an unbelievable new bike. Staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful. I won't ever go anywhere else. It truly pays to shop local!!! Thank you!!!!

I recently purchased 2 bicycles for my sister and me, over the Internet. Dean, the owner of LI bicycles did not have these bikes in stock due to the pandemic. I waited 3 months for the bikes. I brought the 7-speed cruiser bikes to him and he assembled them for us In a timely manner. He was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend his store. He takes the time to explain the functions of the bike to you and made any adjustments needed while we were there. We haven’t been on a bike in 30 years! There’s nothing like a neighborhood store. Dean, the owner is super helpful. He came outside without me asking and helped me to load the bikes onto the racks. I don’t know if he does that for everyone , but I can tell you from 1st hand experience that this is the only bike shop I’d recommend. For novices & the hardcore.
