My husband purchased my E-bike from Steve 7/23., for my bday. I couldn’t be happier! Steve was patient in teaching me what I needed to get me started. My husband will be getting his very soon. E Bikes of Long Island has a wonderful assortment of quality e-bikes. I highly recommend shopping here for any e-bike needs.

My wife has MS resulting in strength and balance issues. I was going to purchase an electric trike online to save a few bucks. I am so glad I did not. I found EBikes of Long Island through a Google search. I spoke with them several times on the phone and in person before making my purchase. They were kind, patient, knowledgeable and helpful beyond what any customer could expect. Yes, I spent a little more, but what I have gotten in customer service is more than worth it. Please, before you buy an ebike, check these guys out.
