Our experience with Peter at Max’s was excellent. He definitely cared the most about getting us the right fit for the riding that we wanted to do. We spent multiple days testing out all the bikes. There were no high pressure sales tactics, and he could not have been more accommodating. I would recommend Max’s to everyone to make an electric bike purchase with a good working relationship after the purchase. Thank you for true customer support that encourages the support of local business.

I tell people to go there to buy all the time from my first experience in purchasing my bike, but today's service was well beyond my expectations! They assisted me with an issue I had that wasn't anything to do with them at 5 minutes before closing. They made no money and took no money for the transaction. I am so happy I purchased my high-quality bike from this company. I am sure you can find them cheaper online, but you will never get the experience as you will with this wonderful, helpful staff! The inventory they have is amazing and being able to test drive the bikes is wonderful.

Completely new to ebikes and had a great experience today (small business Saturday) assisted by Pat. He was wonderful. Very friendly, informative and attentive without being over bearing. Was there for a while with my husband trying out a few bikes in our price range and he never made us feel rushed. Left with a nice entry level bike for myself and will happily return if and when I'm ready to upgrade in the future.

Max’s electric bike’s in Easton, PA is hands down your best bet if you’re in the market for an E-bike! Whether you’re ready to buy or just starting your research, Shawn the sales manager and Pat the assembly technician are extremely helpful and knowledgable in all the ins and outs of their products. The reliability and security of purchasing from a retailer is well worth the small assembly fee they charge, if any issues arise you simply take it back to them and they will handle getting your bike back on the road. The service I received while at the shop was truly 5-star, they encouraged me to try all of the bikes I had any interest in, to feel the difference in component functions and ride feel. I left feeling secure in my decision of the Velotric Discover E-bike that I purchased! Thanks again Shawn and Pat I will definitely recommend you to all of my friends and family in the market for an E-bike!

Easton Electric Bikes is a phenomenal shop to purchase your next ebike. The experience is hands down the best I’ve had in the market. The help was family oriented and friendly. Workers listened to my needs and gave me the answers I needed. Very professional, high quality assembly, diligent and kind. This shop is operated extremely efficiently and creates the shoppers experience to not only be worthwhile, but informative and confidently decisive as well. Thanks Easton Electric Bikes for my new transportation and the instruction to go with it! And thank you tremendously for double, & triple checking everything that went in to assembly such as how smooth the gears shifted and making sure all attachments and accessories were assembled properly and safety!
