Just got done with my bike fitting with the wizard, mr. JT! And I am beyond stoked. I have a Cervelo Aspero coming which should be ready in a week or so, but I just NEED to let everyone know how good my experience was with this team. From my first call about the bike I spoke to Cole, then Tony helped me understand the importance of a bike fitting and got me scheduled with JT, and now after having done it all and paid for/ordered the bike, I am just blown away by this team. WHAT A TEAM and what a store. I cannot recommend Moment enough, they are great and will help you get on the best bike for you. I NEVER felt like anything was being pushed on me, they genuinely want to help make us the best cyclists we can be so that we can truly enjoy this sport and most importantly for years to come. Thank you everyone for your help, I can't wait to see my bike! Update: Bike received, and it feels like a spaceship! I AM SPEEEEED!! THANK YOU JT!! I will definitely be back for all my bikes and gear in the future. Time to go and break some hearts on Strava! Haha

I purchased a Giant AR2 here while on a two week work visit. The bike was not in stock and took two attempts to make it happen. My main contact was diligent and responsive until we got it right! Thank you Moment. They sell many brands of bikes including wvijes. They have a rental fleet also. Their mechanic is a wiz! They have two.locatuins in the area. They get my recommendation! They will take care of your cycling neeeds and wants

This is my second time purchasing an aero road bike from Moment, starting with the super-detailed bike fit from JT and ending with the purchase. I've had my Giant Envie since 2014 and raced many events - super happy with it over the years. Upgrading to electronic shifters and disc brakes, I'm hoping for another 9+ years on my new Cervelo S5. Great team at Moment - thanks, guys!

Was in area and had a bicycle tire flat. They were able to fix it fast and get me back on the road. Staff was really friendly and accommodating.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this store today at 1:41 PM. Despite having a sign at the entrance stating that masks are required, none of the employees inside were wearing one—only the customers were following the rule. The irony was impossible to ignore. This blatant disregard for public health and safety is completely unacceptable. Businesses have a responsibility to protect their customers and employees, yet this store chooses to ignore state regulations. I will be reporting this violation to the appropriate local and state agencies. I refuse to support any business that fails to follow basic health guidelines. Every employee walking around without a mask is a liability, putting the community at risk. Retail workers who ignore mask mandates may, in fact, be breaking the law. I strongly urge others to shop elsewhere—your health and safety should never be compromised.
