So sorry to see this is no longer momentum. I waited around at least 10 minutes to talk about a replacent screw for a bottle holder. Once I did talk to someone I was basically told we don't help people on things like this. I have been cycling a long time and one thing I have always liked is how bicycle shop employees go out of their way to be helpful, today showed me this is no longer the case at this location since it became a corporate TREK store.

It's a Trek shop now but they'll service any brands. Greeted as soon as I walked in and super friendly staff. Basically anything you need to go ride is there.
