I rarely write reviews, but the customer service at Motorless Motion Bicycles truly deserves recognition. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cares about their customers. The business is also located in a cool, historic old train depot, adding to the overall experience! Justin handled our sales and was incredibly helpful, offering expert advice on everything we purchased: new e-bikes, helmets, baskets, and a car rack. He didn’t push high-end products but recommended what would work best for our needs. Jake and Ben did a fantastic job installing all the accessories and perfectly tuning up our bikes. The next day, I came in to pick up the bike rack. Jake had everything prepared and even took the time to clean the rust from my trailer hitch, ensuring the car rack would fit properly. I feel confident knowing that if I ever have any issues with the products I purchased, this amazing team will be there to help. Highly recommended!

Best bike shop in Madison! Awesome people who are incredibly friendly and helpful. Great selection of bikes. The train station is a really cool setting. Highly recommend!

I love Momo! The staff are always friendly and my bike always feels new after a tuning and clean-up. They are also willing to take a look at my bike free of charge and give recommendations, including helping me figure out how to do those updates myself! I had a bolt shear off my saddle a few months back, which dropped the saddle in the road and luckily did not result in me crashing, but left me walking my bike. Luckily, it happened just a few blocks from MoMo, and when I walked in asking if I could buy an appropriate replacement bolt, they had a spare that they gave me free of charge! I also bought a bike here a number of years back and had a great experience with low pressure sales, style and size recommendations, and a complementary fitting that makes riding that bike like slipping on a favorite pair of sneakers every time. Staff consistently go above and beyond for customers, and while the prices aren't cheap, the gear is top notch and well worth it!

Friendy, knowledgeable and efficient service! I was greeted with kindness immediately upon entering the store and my service needs met within minutes. Everyone we interacted with was professional and helpful. I appreciated also how this bike shop just so happens to be connected to Bandit Tacos and Coffee.

Decent prices, friendly personable service, and fast repairs/service. You don't get that from all the other bike shops in town.
