Alex at MTBtandems was a pleasure to work with. My query with a multitude of questions on the contact page was answered promptly in less than 24 hours. We then spent more than an hour on the phone where Alex patiently answered more questions. I then placed my order and he was more than willing to change a few things along the way and customize my order. Pricing was quite reasonable. The bike arrived extremely well packaged and the fit was surprisingly good right out of the box. In short, we love our tandem and I wouldn't hestitate to order from Alex and MTBtandems again. Highly recommended!

We're completely new to the world of gravel tandems, and Alex Nutt at MTB Tandems did a great job of educating us. We bought a GiGi level 4, and couldn't be happier with the ride and handling! (We've had a series of road tandems over the last 29 years...)

The best of American small business quality. Alex Nutt is a true expert in mountain bike tandems. I doubt anyone else in the US knows as much as he does. He and his wife ride, he has his own brand of tandems and he spent 4 hours with us, teaching us how to ride a tandem and showing us what we needed, not what he wanted us to have. We are delighted with our purchase and will be burning up some trails first thing in the morning. Don’t bother trying to figure this all out on the web; call Alex and buy it from him. Reasonable prices and amazing service.
