Everyone here is friendly and helpful, even to a relative newbie like me. They were willing to take a considerable amount of time to educate me and help me dial in my new bike, even though I bought it used (not through them). This is what customer service should look like: people helping other people, even when there’s no immediate financial reward attached. I will be voting for this shop with my wallet for the foreseeable future.

Mark was extremely helpful, professional and very knowledgeable on diagnosing a problem with a chain falling off intermittently, coincidentally after replacing a rear tube and tire. He was very patient and precise while I watched him at work. I am very hopeful and optimistic that he fixed the issue. I highly recommend this business as they are top notch!!

Five stars for a great experience, service and care. I was in town from the other side of the country for work and somewhat unexpectedly blew out my Fox fork due to age. These guys helped me get the fork rebuilt in far less time than average so I could still enjoy the trails for the duration of my visit. Knowledgeable and friendly. Stop by if you’re in need!

Jeff and Mark's mechanical expertise is unmatched! I trusted them with my bike the day before a race and they gave me the best tune-up money can buy. They care about their customers and treat them like family.

Ian was amazing on the phone. I called a few minutes before opening and he was on the spot to answer the call and help with my request. It’s amazing to have a shop provide such good phone service!
