Awesome place I’ve had my bike now for about a month and it’s great! They have great customer service the people there are so nice I haven’t done any bike riding since middle school lol so my knowledge on bikes were little to none but it’s okay cause the guys in there really care about there customers and walk you through every little thing about the bike you want! Would highly recommend I take my bike everywhere now

These guys have a genuine passion for bikes and the customers they serve. I brought them two bikes for service and they are fast and professional. Their services are priced very fair. Thank you for taking care of my bikes

My experience is based on tune ups, new chain and tires. Service is quick. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are reasonable. Great for all skill levels I have very limited knowledge of bikes and repairs. Open Road Bicycles (Fleming Island) really makes it easy and convenient for me to get back to slow rolling and enjoying the outdoors

Took our Electra bikes here for a tune up and repairs! Had them fixed up and ready to go in 2 days and gave me a call when they were ready! The guys in here are all very polite and helped unload and load my bikes up which was great! Easy to talk too and I felt the service was honest and straight forward! Thanks to everyone at Open Road, I had a wonderful experience and will be a returning customer!

Stopped in to browse and left with new shoes an appointment for a bike fit and new pedals. Tommy the owner has a great wealth of knowledge. Rob and Pat also know their way around the biking world. If you need anything that involves bicycles these guys are the real deal. Stop in and give them your time it will not be wasted. Great shop!!!! Update: Worked with the guys at the shop. New pedals (wahoo speedplay) new cassette, and chain. The bike is running great. Small tweeks to the bike ( proper fit) which Tommy the owner set me up. No more pain at all!!! If you have any issues with anything bike related stop in and let them set you up. Well worth the time.
