Very knowledgeable about the bikes. We had in mind which bike we wanted to purchase, but we were encouraged to try many bikes of various price range until we found what suited us best. We were so pleased with our experience, that I returned two weeks later and purchased another! I would absolutely recommend my experience dealing with Harbor county Pedego.

I originally went here to see if I liked electric bikes. They let you rent a bike for 2 hours. At the time it was $50 per person for 2 hours. My husband and I decided we really like electric bikes unfortunately Pedego bikes were out of our price range so we did research and found ones we could afford...fast forward my husband's bike computer went out. Stephen the bike technician fixed my bike he was very knowledgeable about how to get the information he needed to fix a bike they don't sell. I am so grateful if it wasn't for him I'd have a 80lb bike that no one would want to ride. The company is very responsive even in the off season. I would recommend this company. Our group experienced the wine/beer tasting and live music guided tour. The bikes are easy to ride, the scenery was amazing and the group truly enjoyed the wineries. On another day we did the bakeries and farmer’s market tour. Had a delicious lunch along the way and again, took in the beautiful views. Highly recommend any of the guided tours and you won’t have to pedal much if you don’t want to.

I highly recommend Pedego Electric Bikes Harbor County. I was interested in e-bikes and Steve went above and beyond to assist me! He went with me on a bike ride so I could test out an e-bike. I loved it! I went back the next day with my husband so he could test ride a bike. We decided to purchase e-bikes. Steve is very knowledgeable and helped us pick out the perfect bikes. If you think you might be interested stop by the shop in New Buffalo and go for a test ride. They also have good prices if you prefer to rent and go for an outing.

Steve and his staff go above and beyond to help customers! We just happened to be in New Buffalo for lunch and to ride our Pedegos …our final destination for the next three days was another 90 minutes away. We discovered that our batteries were left at home - 5 hours away. We found Harbor County Pedego in New Buffalo where Steve took care of our problem, which allowed us to ride and explore over the next three days. Awesome people and a great store. Thanks again!
