  I purchased my second Pedego Bike today at the Naples Pedego Bike store in North Naples. I was so happy to meet the owners; Lisa and Skip; who helped me find the Right bike for me. My first bike is a Boomerang, and love it; but I decided to buy a “City Commuter”. Really like it! I am so impressed with the time and discussion that Lisa and Skip spent with me; also the trial Bike rides; just to be sure I was getting the right fit and comfort that Pedego Bikes are known for. I believe if you are in the market for an electric bicycle; I would recommend Naples Pedego. I hope you will enjoy the Ride 🚵‍♀️

  I have been riding my Pedego Trail Rider for about three years now, and I've put over 4,300 miles on it. Thanks to my e-bike, I find myself riding further and more often than I ever did on my road bike, resulting in many hours of very enjoyable exercise. The owners of Pedego Electric Bikes Naples, Skip and Lisa Badolato, also own Pedego Fort Myers. They are incredibly knowledgeable and are more than happy to take as much time as needed to educate customers on the options available. It's always a pleasure doing business with them. I recently had my Trail Tracker in for new tires and a tune-up, and I must say, Josh did a phenomenal job! He restored my bike to a condition that feels literally better than new. Their prices are more than fair, and their customer service is simply superb. If you're even just considering an e-bike, do yourself a favor and visit Skip and Lisa at either their Naples or Fort Myers locations. They will provide you with all the information and guidance you need to make an informed decision about whether an e-bike is right for you and if so, which one. As a lifelong bike rider with respiratory issues stemming from being in downtown Manhattan on 9/11, my lung capacity isn't what it used to be. Without my e-bike, I wouldn’t be able to continue doing something I love so much. There's a common misconception that you don't get any exercise on an e-bike, but that couldn't be further from the truth. With pedal assist, you can choose the level of assistance you desire—from 0, where you do all the pedaling, to 5, where the bike does all the work. I typically ride on levels 2 or 3, depending on the terrain, and I love every minute of it. Many e-bike riders, myself included, tend to ride longer and more often than they ever did with traditional bikes. One word about the store: I chose Pedego for my wife's and my e-bikes because they have retail locations where you can walk in, ask questions, and get repairs. When we bought our bikes in 2020, there were no other options with physical retail locations; most were internet order-only, with no in-person support available or any support at all. This is definitely something to consider when making your decision about an e-bike. This customer could not be more pleased—now go find out for yourself! Go ahead and rent one to see what you think. I suspect you'll want to buy one. I did. UPDATE: 2/2025 Just hit 5k miles on my Trail Tracker!

  If you are looking for quality, reliable, comfortable eBikes backed by old fashioned customer service, head to Pedego Naples! The owners Skip and Lisa have gone out of their way to accommodate my wife and I when we purchased our bikes pre-Ian and then when we purchased them again after Ian! They are as helpful after the sale as they are during! I can't recommend them highly enough - you won't be disappointed!

  We rented Pedego electric bikes and had an amazing day. Lisa was incredibly helpful in getting us set up and made sure that we were comfortable with the bikes. The map and guidance of the area made for a great day out! Absolutely look forward to renting bikes from Pedego again. Thanks!!

  My husband and I both needed tuneups on our Pedego bikes and headed down to the Naples Pedego. Great pricing and fast service and our bikes are riding like new AND they even cleaned our bikes so they look like new! It reminded us of why we bought Pedego in the first place—their service! Thank you Skip and Lisa and their service guy—I apologize for not getting his name—he is wonderful!
