I rented the hybrid bike while I was at the beach and I picked it up the next day. Easy process, bike was in excellent condition. The staff were friendly and helpful. After four days of tooling around it was time to turn it in. Again, easy to drop of and return. I'll rent again from this place next year!

My beloved Bianchi Infinito CV was stolen from my Chicago condo in March '23. I tried to replace it thru the shop where I bought it - but the owner retired and closed (she tried her best to redirect me). In the months that followed I contacted Bianchi USA and dealers in the States and Italy - NO ONE could get the bike I wanted. Production is very limited and dealers all over the world are trying to get these bikes. Greg & Sue Pelican wouldn't promise me any miracles, but placed order in for me in Nov. 2023 and stayed after the mfr. reps here in the US until we took delivery in August '24! Here are some pics of my beautiful Specialissima in traditional Celeste color...so happy I waited. Greg & team personally fitted me in the store, explained accessory options, trimmed my seatpost and got me riding again! I'm so lucky to have Naples Cyclery just 5 miles from my Florida home. It's our "go-to" for morning meetups, maintenance, repairs or advice. 5 stars!

Naples Cyclery was excellent to work with. They were friendly and responsive. The e-bikes were very nice. We had an issue with 1 of the 9 bikes that we had rented, while out and about, and they immediately sent a technician to swap out the bike while we were roadside- thanks Diego! We will definitely be using them next year. We stayed in Bonita Springs, near Barefoot Beach and they were happy to deliver to this area.

I had purchased a bike online and had some issues putting it together. I brought it to Naples cyclery to see if they could help. When I got to the service/repair window the guy said he was really busy and didn’t know if he could do it today . I didn’t have time to wait so I said no worries and was just going to leave. He stopped me and said wait to the side I’ll see what I can do. The Bike was already 90% finished but I just had some issues with the front tire and Handel bars. He comes out from behind the counter with an Allen wrench and begins to tighten the handle bars. The piece he was tighting cracks (pic included). He goes in back to find a replacement part that may work for my bike and luckily finds one (a used part). During this time the line at the window was getting longer so he handed me the Allen wrench and I asked me to finish tighting the handle bars. I had no issue with this. I work in customer service so I understand. The bike is almost finished so I just asked if he could put some air in my tires. He came out with a pump and just handed to me. I pumped up my own tires (again not a big deal) and the bike was complete. I don’t know if he was under the impression that I was looking for a deal but from the beginning I was ready to pay the full amount for whatever it normally costs to put a bike together even if It was 90% complete. Let’s not forget that I did the majority of the work, he provided the tools. Not only does he charge me the full amount for putting the bike together but he also charged me $30 for the part that HE broke. I said “you are also charging me for the used part that You broke. He said “well technically I shouldn’t have even been working on your bike I was just trying to help you at”. I didn’t have time to argue over $30 so I left and decided to vent my frustration here. I work at a hotel in the area and believe this was an isolated event. Things happen but I’m writing this more because of the attitude rather then me actually being charged for the bike.

New cassette and chain✅ excellent work and quality service. Thanks Tom for your advice, service and parts explanation..an extra star for getting it all done in time to get back on my bike.
