    Review of the Priority Current Plus E-Bike A Top-Notch Experience from Purchase to Pedal I recently purchased the Priority Current Plus e-bike, which just hit the market in mid-February of this year. From the moment I received the bike, I knew I was in for a great experience. Following a comprehensive Youtube video provided by the company, I was able to assemble the bike with ease. Everything arrived in perfect condition, and there were no issues during the assembly process. Taking the bike out for its first ride was a delight. It rides smoothly and offers a fantastic cycling experience. Additionally, I had purchased some accessories to enhance my biking experience, including a mirror, bike rack, and extra tire inner tubes. Although I initially ordered a silver bike rack, I realized I preferred a black one. The return process for the bike rack was straightforward, and I was thoroughly impressed with how quickly the refund was processed. One of the standout aspects of my experience with Priority was their customer service. They were fantastic, answering any of my emailed questions usually within a few hours and even after business hours. Their responses were always informative and friendly, ensuring that I felt supported throughout the entire process.     I purchased a 600 back in November of 2024 and love this bike. The only issue I’ve had with it was when a strong wind came along blowing the bike over and the right grip broke at the mount causing the grip to freely spin around so that was basically useless. I contacted Priority and the guy on the other side of the call shipped out another set of grips the next day. Great bike, excellent customer service. Glad I went this direction for my first belt driven cycle.

    Purchased a Continuum Onyx about 2 years ago and it has been a really great bike. As others have mentioned, their customer service has been truly amazing. I had some issues with replacing a cable and took it to my local bike shop, but they messed up my shifter cable. This bike is fitted with an enviolo shifter; my guess is they never worked with it and gave it a try but it didn't work out too well for me. I contacted Priority and I was able to setup an appointment with them at their Hudson street location. They fixed the issue and it's been great ever since. This is my primary mode of transportation to and from work and it's been truly great. I added a rear rack with a custom basket to hold all of my gear. It's a bit heavy but my commute isn't too bad: about 9 miles round trip. I've ridden it in heavy rains (1 inch per hour) and the bike and brakes held up really well. They truly mean it when they say these bikes are maintenance free: the only thing of maintenance I changed were the brakes (other than changing the shifter cable which was more of a vanity concern than a safety concern). As I am getting older, I really would like to get the 600 as I think I would appreciate a wider gear range. The only unfortunate thing is that I see absolutely nothing wrong with my Continuum.

    I've been enjoying my work commute on my Priority Classic like never before. I bought it in January, 2nd hand, and was a bit misled by the previous owner about the age of the bike. Had a minor accident, so it needed repairs. I called the company, and Daryl was great at helping me out even though it turned out that the warranty had expired. Their mechanics did an excellent job, and now it rides like brand new. Thumbs up

    Had my pedal strip out on my daughter’s bike. They sent out a new one as soon as they learned of the issue, and offered to pay labor to have it installed.
