We have had only great experiences here! Recently I've brought in my jogging stroller that has bike tires and the staff have helped me out with our tire needs. Today we went by with the tires flatter than usual and the staff came through with a free assessment and air pressure fill-up. I appreciate the staff offering tidbits of education as I don't know anything about tires and feel better informed. Friendly and efficient, I'm grateful for this bike shop. They offered us a free coloring book and crayons for the holiday! Can't wait to come back to purchase a kid-sized bike for my son when he's bigger!

Took my bike in for new breaks and the guys at Beaverton Trek were very helpful in explaining things to me, and never tried to upsell. At the end of the day, my bill was $100+ less than I anticipated, they said the brakes were fine, they just needed to adjusted the cables. I never would’ve known if they weren’t honest and ethical tradesmen.

I brought my road bike in for a bottom bracket fix. Everyone was friendly, quick, and effective. They explained things to me in a way a semi-layman could understand and were patient with my mediocre understanding of bike maintenance. They chased the threads (fixed the threads) of the bottom bracket socket and threw in a new bottom bracket for about 40 bucks before parts. Also, the new part was the same price on Amazon. They were also careful to under promise and over deliver. They beat all their time estimates and had great communication with phone calls, text and emails. I'll go back the next time I can't fix them myself

Repair staff are A+ in customer and bike service alike. They always provide sound advice and are always pleasant to work with. I've brought my trek bike in numerous times, often for benign issues, but they always make sure that I'm squared away before leaving. Again, a great place for service.
