I love this bike shop so much!!! I brought my bike in because I couldn't pump air into one tire, and Johnnie was able to help me with that, as well as replacing my well-worn brake pads! Then I remembered I had an issue with my seat after a kid had borrowed my bike, and Paul was able to source the issue and fix it right away! I am so grateful to these guys for keeping me in riding shape, and always answering my questions so that I feel I have learned something more about biking each time I go there. I am a repeat customer who still owns the first bike I bought here many years ago! Very pleased.

I love this shop! Few shops will go the extra mile for people, but this shop did that for me. The staff were sincerely dedicated in little and big ways to understanding and supporting, without resorting to half-baked answers, selling me on something, self-centered opinions, or dismissiveness (which I can't stand in a bike shop). No pressure, no hype, just experienced, knowledgeable people who clearly like bikes and serving people. Amazing! I test-rode bikes, decided what I wanted after a while, then brought it back to customize it further. Not once was I fleeced, nickled and dimed, handed BS, ignored, sold, or patronized. Friendly all the way! And excellent in-shop cafe thoughtfully designed and tended! How is this possible?

The best thing about this place is really its 'people'. If you have a bike and you got a problem with it, kinda 99% sure they can fix it. And if they can't, They will let you know who else can! Fixed several of my bikes here, absoloutely zero complaints. And the price is also relatively low! Another attraction is the Proteus Brews cafe! I have been coming here for the last 1 year, nearly every year to get favorite mocha. I sit at their lil bench and do my works for hours! And the stuffs always welcome us visitors! One of my favorite places to be at really! I sometimes take a walk to be on their seating section and just.be.there! 1000% Recommended!

Exceptional Service. Laurie was professional and knowledgeable. Family owned business. They had everything I wanted. Also the bike I wanted and set it up for me. I will be going back and highly recommended. I even got a coffee. Most important, reasonable prices. 3/22- I went back a few more times. I even purchased another bike. The customer service is exceptional. After my 1st Trail Ride, I thought I blew the seals on the forks. They checked it out & got me back on the road. Highly recommended 9/22- My Specialized Fuse bike rear hub failed while riding on the trail. I brought it in and Paul & the staff did an incredible job of filing the warranty paperwork & repairing my bike in 1 week! Can't ask for better service or turn around. Thank you so much. 3/23- My awesome ride was shortened by bent derailleur. Kept dropping the chain. I tried to fix myself. Proteus fixed it in less than 30 minutes. I feel like family when I go there. 6/23- Just got my SirrusX 4.0 serviced. It feels like a new bike. See my short video for more detailed review. Bike techs are great. Excellent customer service. Recently my eBikes rear wheel jammed due to a C-Clip somehow coming lose and jamming between the wheel. Fixed in like 2 days. Had a malfunctioning bike lock, replaced with a better one. Replaced my tires and innertube as well as getting my brakes done. I see no need to go anywhere else. They also have an amazing line of bikes.
