I can’t recommend Roaring Mouse highly enough! Working with Brendan was a fantastic experience — he was incredibly patient and took the time to answer all of my many questions as a first-time road bike buyer. I was encouraged to test ride several models, which helped me find a bike I truly love and look forward to riding for years to come.

Everyone here is very helpful, friendly, and the shop has everything you need from road to mountain bike. I always appreciate a last minute upgrade/repair from shops as well

Exceptional service, staff and experience! I came to the shop for the first time about 3 months ago to search for and purchase a new gravel bike. Brendan and the staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and super attentive - taking the time to educate as well. They helped me find the perfect bike (Specialized Diverge STR Expert) and continue to provide great service and support!

The cycling community needs more people like Brendan. I stopped by a couple of weeks ago because I felt something off on the tires. He was super nice and approachable since the beginning, I explained that I had recently got into cycling and upgraded to a nicer bike; but that there were still a lot of things that I didn't know/needed to learn. Sometimes I've been to bike shops, and it's been intimidating and I've left feeling dumb. Brendan made sure to explain me how I needed to pump the tires and how to take care of them since they're tubeless. Overall a great experience, and I'm really happy I stopped by.

Been here a few times with my Specialized Globe Haul bike. Service is top notch. They fixed electrical problems that another local dealer could not. They offered great suggestions for upgrading parts, eg suspension seatpost, saddle, mirrors. Very happy with this shop.
