I recently took my bike to Rockville Bike for a checkup before hitting the road again after a two-year break. I met Mike, the new owner, at a Chamber of Commerce event, and he encouraged me to bring it by to ensure it was safe and ready for regular rides. Mike and his team went above and beyond. He made a few suggestions, including an upgraded chain, and I decided to leave the bike with him for service. Later, he called to let me know my chain was actually in great shape and didn’t need replacing after all. I really appreciated that level of honesty—it’s refreshing to see a business focused on genuinely helping customers, not just making a sale. For anyone in the area, Rockville Bike is the place to go. Highly recommend!

I dropped off an e-bike that needed a new back tire. I didn’t have an appointment but they had it done and ready for pick up in a little under two hours. The whole process was quick and easy and at a great price! Friendly customer service also! Thanks!

They are great people here! My chain was loose on my MOTORYCLE and it came off at the intersection where they are located l. They didn't hesitate at all when I asked for help and we got it on good enough for me to take it home. I can't speak on what they do but they are really great people at heart! Thank you so much again!
