Got a bike ordered on Giant's website and built at The Hub. The bike was ready to pick up extremely fast, great communication, phone was answered when I called to confirm. The staff was super friendly and made sure my bike was tuned for my weight/riding style. Will never go to another shop again!

I come up to the area every year volunteering for a Sea Scout competition and bring my electric scooter. They have helped me the past two years with hard-to-source tubes/fixes for a couple flats I’ve had. Always friendly and helpful service no matter who you talk to, can’t recommend them enough!
