The service was incredibly friendly and caring! It was our first time on electric bikes. Even though we returned the bikes after closing time, the owners were so nice and helpful. They really went out of their way for us!

Friendly service and simple wealthy clientele mask’s the staff’s lack of knowledge and price manipulation. Staff is knowledgeable enough for simple straight-forward bike sales, I’ve bought 4 sub-$1,000 bikes from them in the past. I wanted to get 2 new much pricier e-bikes and quickly found the limits of their knowledge. I did quite a lot of research before stopping by and attempting to purchase a bike here. The staff is super friendly but had a pretty deep misunderstanding of the products they are selling and guide you to whatever they have available. Problems included: 1) pushing to buy a 3-4-year old discontinued e-bike at premium/full price (and not explaining the age and that its discontinued) 2) no idea how to size fit unique-dimensioned people for bikes 3) try to sell you bikes at full price even though manufacturer is discounting to all dealers (these discounts can be in the $1,000+ range) 4) lack the basic ability to compare/contrast detailed differences between bikes 5) tell you that its required to regularly bring e-bikes in for pricey software updates even though you can do this at home on your phone for free. I really wanted to support my local dealer again but didn’t feel they deserved it.

Great bike shop. Nelson was very patient explaining the different E Bikes to my wife and me. We went in every day for 5 days for more information and no sales pressure. Great inventory. Great service. The bikes were delivered with an hour of purchase so we could use them immediately. If you are on the East End no reason to go anywhere else.

What an amazing experience purchasing my awesome bike from this local shop was. I was able to do it over the phone completely do to the COVID-19 pandemic. I ordered the bike at about 11:00 AM and by 7:00 PM the bike was delivered to my house and I was riding. The bike is absolutely amazing, I love it! It’s the perfect size for me, and that was something I was worried about. Getting into biking during these tough times is a bright spot during a dark time. The staff is very patient and helpful. I am just getting into cycling and the bike I purchased is the perfect combination of performance and value. I’m loving my bike and when it’s time to upgrade there is no question I will be purchasing it from Rotations in Southampton. Rotations is a top notch local business.
