Highly recommend, Thanks to staff and for their service and support . We had 20 scout from Pennsylvania Troop 229 Colmar. Scrolling around town and back and forth the state Park in Cape Henlopen.

Purchased Giant Cypress today. What a great experience. Customer service above and beyond. Super knowledgeable and friendly. Helped us pick the right bike. You don’t get this kindness everywhere. Thank you!

These guys are great! I stopped by while on the trail and I asked the mechanic (Mike I think) if he was familiar with my inner hub gear set up. He asked me what the problem was and the next thing I knew he had ridden it around the block and returned it fixed. Said it just needed some adjustments. He then tightened my kickstand and adjusted my brakes and wouldn't even let me pay for it. It's refreshing to see a business with such good customer service (even though I wasn't even a customer). If you plan on purchasing a bike I would highly recommend this shop because you could certainly count on great service after the purchase.

They have amazing service. So Friendly we feel like family. We rented (First Time) E bikes. All day , Amazing day thank you so much. Please take the time to come here and Support and awesome Business. You will be very happy with the service. Looking forward to next Spring buying a Bike Rack for our Truck and Fifth Wheel. Over & above… Eric and Nick are amazing and their love of cycling and service goes over & above and have made my vacation so awesome. My cousin rented an e-bike that he loved so much, he is going to buy one - they made a newbie to e-bikes incredibly comfortable. They gave my e-bike a much needed tuneup - she’s ridin real smooth… To top of off, when I told Eric about my mother, who was coming to visit me, would love to ride with me but needs to ride an e-trike, he decided to add one of his e-trikes to their rental fleet and she was able to take it for its maiden voyage. Everyone in the shop is helpful, knowledgeable about bikes, trails, the area. They all go over & above and I recommend them for service, sales and rentals - they make it easy to get you kickstand up and wheels rolling.
