This place is very well connected with businesses to fix anything you could need. I was worried after buying a bike because i knew little to none about it and couldnt get it to turn on. William not only helped me over the phone and fixed my surprisingly easy fix to the problem! Definitely will come here for bike repairs 🥰

If your looking for a new E-Bike this is the place you need to go. I was in the market for E-bikes that could accommodate a second rider and they are the only place that seems to carry bikes that can fit 2 people. I am fairly new to the E-bike world and I did not want to just order one offline and have issues so I wanted to find a location that actually carried them. I was able to pick up 3 E-bikes and It feels great knowing that they can not only help with issues that I have but they are also able to preform repairs incase I mess it up.They take the time to go over every inch of the bike and the technology it uses. The level of service you get is amazing. This is not a typical bike shop that sells you a E-bike and is not able to service them or just kicks you out the door and says good luck. They are a one stop shop and they are very knowledgeable. They also have a very good selection of E-bikes that are not just your typical E-bike. If you are looking for something more unique you need to go in and look at the ONYX line they have. This will definitely be my next purchase. I cannot thank Bill enough for helping me pick out and educating me with the new E-Bikes for me and my family.

After a Christmas Day let down for my 12 year old due to a faulty e-bike I began my search for a reputable replacement. Thanks to Electrified Rides I found what was looking for. BEST BIKE SHOP IN DELAWARE!! I went to this shop over the weekend hoping to purchase an e-bike as I work downtown. The owner and his wife were both extraordinary- going above and beyond to help me find the perfect bike. They spent several hours basically building me a bike as I’m 5’10 and can’t fit a standard woman’s frame. They also helped me find the proper gear and accessories I would need and delivered the bike to my house the same day. I would absolutely recommend everyone to set up an appointment and see their inventory. I will not go anywhere else! Bonus they have two very cute dogs!

The buying experience was topnotch. Thats why i was a repeat customer and bought 2 Onyx RCR. Bill, the store owner spent the whole afternoon with me about my purchase to make sure i got all the info to fully know and enjoy my new bike before i take it home. One of the best customer service experience ive ever had.
